1Introduction and Agreement
1.1These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Soll, a mobile application that combines AI companion interactions, private chats, live voice calls, personalized recommendations, random matching, virtual tokens, virtual gifts, and related social features.
1.2By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing any digital item in, or using Soll, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional rules, community guidelines, purchase terms, feature notices, or safety notices that we make available in the app.
1.3If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Soll. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Soll is lawful in the place where you access the app.
1.4For questions about these Terms, account issues, safety reports, or legal notices, contact us at service@soll.chat.
2About Soll and Service Features
2.1Soll is designed to help adults meet, chat, and connect with real users and AI companions in one social environment. Features may include recommendation feeds, private messaging, voice calls, random matching, tokens, gifts, safety tools, content moderation, profile features, and AI-generated conversations.
2.2Some features may be free, some may require tokens, subscriptions, or other paid access, and some may be available only in certain countries, languages, devices, operating systems, or app versions.
2.3Soll is not a dating guarantee, matchmaking agency, therapy service, emergency service, financial adviser, medical adviser, legal adviser, or professional counseling platform. Any relationship, conversation, call, match, or recommendation made through the app is your responsibility.
2.4We may test, add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue features at any time to improve safety, comply with law, manage abuse, support technical reliability, or operate the service.
3Eligibility, Age Limit, and Adult-Only Use
3.1Soll is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not use Soll if you are under 18, if you are barred from using the service under applicable law, or if you have previously been removed or suspended from Soll unless we expressly authorize your return.
3.2By using Soll, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide about your age, identity, country, and account is accurate and not misleading.
3.3We may use age gates, account review, user reports, automated signals, manual moderation, identity or age verification where appropriate, and other reasonable measures to restrict minors from using Soll. We may suspend or terminate any account when we reasonably believe the user is under 18 or has misrepresented their eligibility.
3.4If we learn that a minor has created an account, we may deactivate the account, restrict access, delete or limit personal information associated with the account, and preserve limited records if necessary for legal, security, child safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement purposes.
4Account Registration and Account Security
4.1You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
4.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, device access, verification codes, and account activity. You must not sell, rent, share, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account to another person.
4.3You must notify us promptly at service@soll.chat if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, identity misuse, payment abuse, or other security incidents involving your account.
4.4We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, require profile changes, restrict account features, or disable accounts that impersonate others, infringe rights, create safety risks, violate these Terms, or are inactive for an extended period.
5User Conduct and Community Responsibilities
5.1You agree to use Soll respectfully, lawfully, and in a manner that supports a safe adult social environment. You are responsible for your interactions with real users and for how you respond to AI companions.
5.2You must not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, blackmail, shame, defame, dox, impersonate, manipulate, intimidate, or abuse any person. You must not pressure anyone to share personal information, intimate content, payment information, location information, authentication codes, or other sensitive details.
5.3You must not use Soll to coordinate illegal activity, promote violence, facilitate trafficking or exploitation, distribute malware, conduct scams, solicit money, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, or interfere with the app's operation.
5.4You understand that online and voice interactions involve risk. You should use caution before meeting anyone offline, sending money, sharing personal information, relying on advice, or taking actions based on a conversation through Soll.
6User-Generated Content
6.1"User-Generated Content" or "UGC" means any content you create, upload, post, send, stream, record, display, transmit, or otherwise make available through Soll, including profile information, photos, names, bios, messages, voice communications, gifts with messages, reports, feedback, and other materials.
6.2You are solely responsible for your UGC. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit your UGC and to grant the license described in these Terms.
6.3You retain ownership of your UGC, subject to the rights you grant us. By submitting UGC, you grant Soll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, translate, analyze, display, distribute, moderate, remove, and use your UGC as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and enforce the service and its features.
6.4You must not submit UGC that is illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful, violent, exploitative, sexually abusive, non-consensual, defamatory, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, spam-like, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms, our safety standards, or applicable law.
7UGC Moderation, Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
7.1Soll may review, screen, classify, restrict, remove, label, preserve, or report UGC by using automated tools, human review, user reports, trusted safety signals, and other moderation methods. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to protect users and comply with legal or platform requirements.
7.2The app may provide tools to report content, report users, block users, mute users, restrict communication, manage privacy settings, and leave or avoid interactions. You agree not to misuse reporting or blocking tools for harassment, retaliation, false complaints, or platform manipulation.
7.3We may take action against UGC or accounts that violate these Terms, including warnings, content removal, feature limitations, reduced distribution, token or gift restrictions, account suspension, account termination, payment review, referral to payment processors, and reports to law enforcement or child safety organizations where appropriate.
7.4If your content or account is restricted, you may contact service@soll.chat to request review. We may refuse, limit, or decline appeals where required by law, safety needs, repeated abuse, fraud, or insufficient information.
8AI Companions and AI-Generated Interactions
8.1Soll may include AI companions, AI-generated profiles, AI-generated messages, AI-assisted recommendations, automated moderation support, or other AI features. AI companions are not real people, even if they appear conversational, emotional, personalized, or responsive.
8.2You should not treat AI-generated responses as professional advice, factual verification, emergency support, or a substitute for human judgment. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, repetitive, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
8.3We may use automated systems to generate, personalize, rank, recommend, summarize, translate, moderate, or improve interactions. We may also apply safety filters to reduce harmful, sexual, violent, exploitative, or policy-violating content.
8.4You must not attempt to bypass AI safety controls, prompt AI companions to generate illegal or harmful content, impersonate AI systems as real humans, mislead other users about AI-generated content, or use AI interactions to harass, exploit, or manipulate others.
9Chats, Voice Calls, Matching, and Recommendations
9.1Soll may allow private text chats, voice calls, recommendation feeds, random matching, and other ways to connect with real users and AI companions. Availability may depend on location, language, device, safety status, account age, token balance, moderation signals, and technical conditions.
9.2Matching and recommendation features may use information such as profile details, preferences, language, country or region, app activity, prior interactions, safety signals, device data, and AI-driven ranking to suggest people or AI companions. A recommendation does not mean endorsement, verification, compatibility, or safety assurance.
9.3You are responsible for your conversations and calls. Do not record, screenshot, publish, distribute, or disclose another user's private communications without lawful consent and a legitimate basis.
9.4Soll may limit or end chats or calls for safety, technical, legal, payment, age, moderation, or abuse-prevention reasons. Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services, not Soll.
10Tokens, Gifts, Virtual Items, and Paid Features
10.1Soll may offer virtual tokens, virtual gifts, boosts, premium access, random matching opportunities, call access, or other digital features. These items are digital, limited, revocable licenses to use specific in-app functionality and do not represent money, stored value, legal tender, property, securities, or ownership in Soll.
10.2Tokens and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred outside Soll, cannot be sold or exchanged between users except through authorized in-app functions, and may be subject to limits, expiration, conversion rules, or regional availability.
10.3Sending a virtual gift does not create a contract, employment relationship, agency relationship, romantic obligation, entitlement to a response, or right to personal information from another user or AI companion.
10.4We may modify token prices, packages, gift designs, paid feature availability, redemption mechanics, bonus rules, and spending limits from time to time. Changes will not affect digital items already consumed.
11Purchases, Billing, and App Store Payment Rules
11.1Purchases made through the Android version of Soll distributed on Google Play are processed through Google Play's billing system or other payment method permitted by applicable platform rules. Purchases may also be subject to the payment terms, tax rules, refund rules, and account settings of the app store or payment provider you use.
11.2You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable app store, payment processor, or us to charge the selected payment method for purchases, taxes, currency conversion, and fees where applicable.
11.3Prices, taxes, currencies, package contents, discounts, and payment availability may vary by country, platform, device, account status, promotion, and time. A purchase is complete when it is confirmed by the app store or payment provider and credited to your account, subject to technical processing and fraud review.
11.4You must not use unauthorized payment methods, exploit pricing errors, abuse refund systems, conduct chargeback fraud, resell digital items, use stolen payment credentials, or attempt to bypass app store billing requirements for digital goods.
12Refunds, Chargebacks, and Purchase Disputes
12.1Except where required by applicable law or the rules of the app store or payment provider, purchases of tokens, gifts, premium access, or other digital items are final and non-refundable once delivered, activated, consumed, or otherwise made available in your account.
12.2Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play should generally be submitted through Google Play or handled according to Google Play refund procedures. You may also contact service@soll.chat for support, but we may not be able to process refunds controlled by an app store or payment provider.
12.3If you believe a purchase was not credited, was duplicated, was unauthorized, or was affected by a technical error, contact us with your account identifier, purchase date, order number, platform, and relevant screenshots. We may investigate and, where appropriate, restore digital items, issue a correction, or direct you to the applicable app store.
12.4Chargebacks, payment reversals, suspected fraud, abuse of refund mechanisms, or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of paid features, removal of tokens or gifts, account restrictions, collection of amounts owed, or termination of your account.
13Promotions, Bonuses, Trials, and Expiration
13.1Soll may offer promotional tokens, bonus gifts, trial access, referral rewards, discounts, events, limited-time packages, or other promotional benefits. Promotions may have eligibility rules, time limits, country restrictions, quantity limits, and abuse-prevention requirements.
13.2Promotional tokens or bonuses may expire, may be revoked if obtained through fraud or abuse, may not be redeemable for money, and may be used only for the specific in-app purpose described at the time of offer.
13.3If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the specific promotion rules will control for that promotion only. We may modify or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly stated in the promotion.
13.4We may apply reasonable expiration or inactivity rules to unused tokens or virtual items, where permitted by law. We will describe material expiration rules in the app, purchase flow, promotion notice, or applicable help materials when required.
14Intellectual Property Rights of Soll
14.1Soll, including the app, software, interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, recommendation systems, AI companion designs, virtual gifts, images, audio elements, databases, moderation systems, and other service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
14.2These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in Soll to you. You receive only a limited right to use Soll as described in Section 15.
14.3You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, crawl, index, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of Soll except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
14.4You must not remove copyright, trademark, safety, proprietary, or legal notices from the app or from materials made available through Soll.
15Limited License to Use the App
15.1Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Soll on devices you own or control for lawful personal use.
15.2This license does not allow commercial use, resale, hosting, time-sharing, unauthorized automation, data mining, benchmarking for competitive purposes, training of competing AI systems, or use in a way that harms Soll, users, partners, payment systems, or safety systems.
15.3You must comply with all applicable app store terms, device terms, operating system rules, network rules, and laws when using Soll.
15.4We may revoke this license if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, engage in abuse, or if the service is discontinued.
16Third-Party Services, Platforms, SDKs, and Links
16.1Soll may interact with third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, content delivery networks, safety tools, moderation vendors, customer support tools, advertising partners, communication infrastructure providers, or external websites.
16.2Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, technical requirements, and dispute procedures. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and your use of them is at your own risk.
16.3Links or references to third-party content do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, safety verification, or responsibility for that content.
16.4We may remove or disable integrations, links, SDKs, or third-party features for security, compliance, performance, user safety, business, or technical reasons.
17Privacy and Data Practices
17.1Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information are described in the Soll Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and us.
17.2Depending on how you use Soll, we may collect information such as account information, profile content, user-generated content, chat and call metadata, safety reports, purchase records, device information, log data, approximate location, preferences, customer support messages, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.
17.3We may use information to provide and secure the service, operate AI companions, process purchases, recommend users or AI companions, personalize feeds, enable chats and voice calls, moderate content, investigate violations, prevent fraud, comply with law, improve products, and communicate with you.
17.4We may share information with service providers, app stores, payment processors, safety vendors, law enforcement, rights holders, affiliates, and other parties as described in the Privacy Policy or as required to operate, secure, or legally protect Soll.
18Safety, Abuse Prevention, and Platform Integrity
18.1We may operate safety systems to detect spam, scams, harassment, sexual exploitation, child safety risks, violence, fraud, identity misuse, payment abuse, platform manipulation, malware, and other harmful activity.
18.2Safety systems may include rate limits, device and account signals, report review, AI-supported classification, keyword detection, media review, payment risk scoring, manual review, law enforcement escalation, and restrictions on features such as chat, calls, matching, gifts, and payments.
18.3You must not attempt to evade moderation, create multiple accounts to bypass enforcement, use bots or scripts, manipulate recommendations, sell accounts, scrape data, access another user's account, or interfere with security features.
18.4We may preserve records and cooperate with app stores, payment processors, law enforcement, regulators, child protection organizations, or rights holders when we reasonably believe it is necessary to address safety, fraud, legal, or abuse concerns.
19Minors, Child Safety, CSAE, and CSAM
19.1Soll has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, age-play involving minors, or any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or targets a person under 18.
19.2You must not upload, request, create, share, threaten to share, link to, joke about, roleplay, facilitate, promote, or attempt to obtain CSAE, CSAM, or any sexualized content involving minors or persons presented as minors. This prohibition applies to text, images, audio, video, AI-generated content, profile content, private messages, voice calls, reports, usernames, and any other feature.
19.3We may immediately remove content, disable accounts, block communications, preserve evidence, report to law enforcement or child protection organizations, and cooperate with investigations when we detect or receive reports of CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other child safety risks.
19.4If you encounter suspected CSAE or CSAM on Soll, immediately report it in the app where available and contact service@soll.chat. Do not download, forward, repost, or further distribute the material.
20Prohibited Content and Prohibited Activities
20.1You must not use Soll to create, upload, send, request, encourage, or distribute illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate speech, credible threats, graphic violence, terrorist or extremist content, self-harm instructions, scams, spam, malware, stolen credentials, or content that infringes another person's rights.
20.2You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, falsely suggest affiliation with Soll, create deceptive profiles, solicit financial transfers, run romance scams, engage in phishing, sell illegal goods, or use the app for commercial solicitation without our written permission.
20.3You must not collect or disclose another user's personal information without lawful permission, including addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, payment details, authentication codes, precise location, workplace information, private messages, or sensitive personal details.
20.4We may interpret and enforce prohibited content rules in light of context, user safety, applicable law, platform requirements, and evolving risks. Content that is permitted in one context may be restricted in another if it creates safety, legal, or community harm.
21Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
21.1You may stop using Soll at any time. If account deletion is available in the app, you may request deletion through the app settings. You may also contact service@soll.chat for account assistance.
21.2We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete your account or access to features if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed rights, threatened safety, violated payment rules, misrepresented your age, or caused legal or technical exposure.
21.3Termination may result in loss of access to your account, profile, messages, tokens, gifts, matches, AI interactions, purchase history, and other data or features, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
21.4Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about UGC licenses, intellectual property, payment obligations, refunds, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, safety, and legal compliance.
22Copyright, Trademark, and Rights Complaints
22.1We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. You must not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.
22.2If you believe content on Soll infringes your rights, contact service@soll.chat with sufficient information to identify the content, your rights, your contact details, and a statement explaining why the use is unauthorized. We may request additional verification.
22.3We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content, notify the user who posted it, terminate repeat infringers, restore content where appropriate, or take other actions consistent with applicable law and platform policy.
22.4You must not submit false, abusive, misleading, or bad-faith rights complaints. You may be responsible for damages or account consequences caused by false claims.
23Disclaimers
23.1Soll is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
23.2We do not guarantee that you will meet any particular person, receive any particular response, form any relationship, achieve any result, earn any benefit, or enjoy uninterrupted access to chats, calls, AI companions, matching, tokens, gifts, or paid features.
23.3We do not verify all user identities, backgrounds, intentions, statements, or content. You are responsible for evaluating interactions, protecting your privacy, and complying with law.
23.4AI companions, recommendations, safety systems, translations, summaries, and moderation tools may be imperfect. They may produce mistakes, miss harmful content, restrict lawful content, or generate output that does not reflect our views.
24Limitation of Liability
24.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soll, its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, emotional distress, reputational harm, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
24.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Soll or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Soll for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose; or (b) USD 50.
24.3Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations will apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
24.4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
25Indemnification
25.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soll, its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of Soll, your UGC, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of rights, your payment abuse, or your interactions with other users.
25.2We may assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense. You must not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on Soll without our prior written consent.
25.3This indemnity does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
26Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Compliance
26.1These Terms will be interpreted to give effect to their purpose of supporting a lawful, safe, adult-only AI and social service. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Soll service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
26.2If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at service@soll.chat and provide a reasonable description of the issue, the account involved, the relief requested, and supporting materials. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally where appropriate.
26.3If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts or dispute resolution forum available under applicable law, unless a specific local addendum, platform rule, or mandatory consumer protection law provides a different process.
26.4You are responsible for complying with local laws when using Soll, including laws related to communications, privacy, consumer protection, content, online safety, sanctions, export controls, taxes, and digital purchases. You must not use Soll where prohibited by law.
27Changes to These Terms
27.1We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, law, safety practices, payments, AI features, platform requirements, or business operations.
27.2When changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, app store listing, email, pop-up, account notice, or other reasonable method. The effective date at the top of the Terms indicates when the current version applies.
27.3Your continued use of Soll after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Soll and, where available, delete your account.
27.4We may provide translations of these Terms for convenience. The English version controls to the maximum extent permitted by law if there is any conflict between versions.
28Miscellaneous and Contact Information
28.1These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional feature, payment, promotion, safety, or community rules presented to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Soll.
28.2If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will remain in effect.
28.3Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, corporate transaction, or by operation of law.
28.4Contact information: Soll support and legal notices may be sent to service@soll.chat. Please include your account information, country or region, device platform, and a clear description of the issue when contacting us.
