Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026 Contact: service@soll.chat 18+ Adults only
Important summary: Soll is designed for adults only. The app blends real human social interaction and AI companion experiences. This Policy explains how personal information, user-generated content, device information, safety reports, token and gift records, and AI interaction data may be processed to operate and protect the service.

1Introduction and Scope

1.1Purpose. This Privacy Policy explains how Soll, an AI and social networking mobile application, collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use Soll, including private chat, voice calling, recommendation feeds, random matching, AI companions, token-based gifts, reporting tools, and related services.

1.2Application. This Policy applies to all users of Soll worldwide, including visitors, registered users, people who interact with other users or AI companions, and anyone who contacts us for support or safety matters.

1.3Relationship with other terms. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, safety standards, and any notices displayed in the app at the time information is collected. If a specific in-app notice explains a particular data practice, that notice supplements this Policy.

1.4No offline collection by this Policy. This Policy covers data processed through Soll and associated support channels. It does not cover independent websites, apps, or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from Soll.

2Eligibility, Age Limitation, and Adult-Oriented Service

2.1Adults only. Soll is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using Soll, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service in your country or region.

2.2No children or minors. We do not knowingly permit children or minors under 18 to create accounts, use social features, communicate with users, interact with AI companions, purchase or spend tokens, or submit user-generated content.

2.3Age checks and enforcement. We may use age-gating, account review, user reports, automated signals, manual moderation, and other reasonable measures to detect underage use. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account, delete related personal information where appropriate, and take steps required by applicable law.

2.4Global availability. Soll may be accessed from different countries and regions. Availability of features, privacy rights, data practices, and legal requirements may vary depending on your location and applicable law.

3Categories of Information We Collect

3.1Information you provide. We collect information that you provide directly, such as account registration details, profile details, photos, display name, gender or preference information if you choose to provide it, birthday or age confirmation, language, interests, bio, support requests, feedback, reports, and information you submit during safety verification or account recovery.

3.2Social interaction information. We collect information generated when you use Soll's social features, including private chat content, voice call metadata, gift activity, token spending activity, matching activity, blocks, reports, likes, recommendations, friend or connection activity, and interactions with real users and AI companions.

3.3User-generated content. We collect content that you upload, create, send, display, or otherwise make available through Soll, including messages, images, profile content, audio snippets, call-related content where applicable, comments, reports, and other materials.

3.4Technical information. We collect device, app, network, log, diagnostic, crash, performance, and security information, including device model, operating system, app version, IP address, time zone, language settings, advertising identifiers where permitted, mobile carrier, connection type, error logs, and security events.

3.5Information from others. We may receive information about you from other users, service providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, app stores, analytics providers, safety vendors, and public or lawful sources, including reports that other users submit about your account or content.

4Account and Profile Information

4.1Registration information. To create and maintain your Soll account, we may collect identifiers such as phone number, email address, username, password or authentication token, account ID, login history, and account status.

4.2Profile information. Your profile may include information you choose to make visible to others, such as avatar, display name, age range, location region, language, interests, bio, preferences, and other social profile details. You control many profile fields through your account settings.

4.3Verification and trust information. For trust, safety, anti-fraud, and age eligibility purposes, we may process verification information, including signals from your account activity, device, payment activity, reports, and, where offered, voluntary identity or age verification information.

4.4Visibility. Certain profile information may be visible to other users, recommended to potential matches, displayed in search or recommendation feeds, or used to personalize the people and AI companions you see.

5Chats, Voice Calls, and Social Communications

5.1Private chats. When you send or receive messages through Soll, we process message content, attachments, timestamps, participants, delivery status, read or interaction status where available, safety signals, and related metadata.

5.2Voice calls. When you make or receive voice calls, we may process call metadata such as caller and recipient IDs, call time, duration, connection status, device and network quality information, and token or gift activity associated with the call. We do not use call content for advertising. If a call recording, transcription, or monitoring feature is introduced, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.

5.3Safety review. We may review chat or call-related information when needed to investigate reports, enforce our policies, detect spam or abuse, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or improve safety systems. Automated tools and trained human reviewers may be used for these purposes.

5.4User discretion. You should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information in chats, calls, gifts, profile content, or interactions with AI companions unless you understand the privacy risks and choose to do so.

6User-Generated Content and Community Content

6.1UGC collection and storage. Soll collects and stores user-generated content, also called UGC, that you upload, send, post, display, or otherwise provide, including text, images, audio, profile materials, reports, reactions, and other social content.

6.2Purpose of UGC processing. We process UGC to provide social features, enable communication, display profiles, support matching and recommendations, improve service quality, personalize your experience, moderate content, respond to reports, and maintain platform safety.

6.3Copyright and ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the license you grant Soll under our Terms of Service so that we can host, transmit, display, reproduce, process, translate, moderate, and technically adapt your content for operation of the service.

6.4Prohibited content. UGC must not include illegal content, harassment, threats, hate, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, scams, malware, spam, intellectual property violations, or content that violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, safety standards, or applicable law.

6.5Removal and enforcement. We may remove, restrict, label, preserve, or report UGC; limit features; suspend accounts; terminate accounts; or take other action when content appears to violate policy, law, user safety, or third-party rights.

7AI Companions and AI-Generated Interactions

7.1AI companion interactions. Soll allows users to interact with AI companions. We process the prompts, messages, preferences, ratings, feedback, and context you provide to generate responses, maintain conversation continuity, personalize AI behavior, improve safety, and operate the feature.

7.2No human identity guarantee for AI. AI companions are not real people. We may label AI companions, use automated responses, and provide features that distinguish AI interactions from human interactions, but users remain responsible for what they choose to share with any AI feature.

7.3AI safety and moderation. We may use automated filters, classifiers, policy rules, and human review to detect unsafe AI prompts or outputs, including abuse, sexual content involving minors, self-harm risks, harassment, spam, fraud, or illegal activity.

7.4Improvement of AI features. Subject to your settings and applicable law, we may use de-identified, aggregated, or pseudonymized interaction data to evaluate, train, test, and improve AI companion quality, safety, personalization, and reliability.

7.5Limitations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Soll should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.

8Tokens, Gifts, Random Matching, and Transaction Data

8.1Token activity. Soll may offer tokens used for random matching, virtual gifts, voice calls, chat features, or other in-app experiences. We process token balances, purchases, spending history, refunds, gift records, feature use, and related account activity.

8.2Payment information. Payments may be processed by app stores, payment processors, or other third parties. We generally receive limited transaction information such as purchase status, product ID, receipt, order identifier, currency, country, refund status, and fraud signals, rather than full payment card details.

8.3Gifts. When you send or receive virtual gifts, we process the sender, recipient, gift type, time, token value, message or context, and related moderation or safety information.

8.4Random matching. When you use random matching, we process your matching preferences, availability, region, language, safety signals, past interactions, block lists, token activity, and matching results to provide the feature and reduce harmful or unwanted interactions.

9Device, Log, Usage, and Diagnostic Data

9.1Device data. We collect device identifiers, device type, operating system, app version, hardware model, screen information, language, time zone, mobile network, IP address, and similar technical data.

9.2Usage data. We collect information about how you use Soll, including pages viewed, buttons tapped, recommendations viewed, matches accepted or skipped, chat and call activity, gift activity, token actions, session length, frequency of use, and feature performance.

9.3Diagnostic data. We collect crash logs, error logs, performance metrics, latency, connection quality, server logs, and debugging information to troubleshoot, secure, maintain, and improve Soll.

9.4Security data. We may collect risk signals related to spam, account abuse, fraud, bots, automated scraping, suspicious logins, device integrity, policy violations, and unauthorized access attempts.

10Location Data

10.1Approximate location. We may infer approximate location from IP address, device settings, selected country or region, language, time zone, app store country, or other non-precise signals to provide regional recommendations, language support, fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance.

10.2Precise location. Soll does not require precise GPS location for core social features unless a specific feature clearly requests it. If we offer a feature that uses precise location, we will request device permission and explain the purpose before collecting it.

10.3Controls. You may control device-level location permissions through your operating system settings. Disabling location permissions may limit location-based features but should not prevent access to general app functions unless required for safety or legal compliance.

10.4Visibility to others. We do not intend to display your precise location to other users. Region-level or approximate location indicators may be displayed or used in recommendations if you provide or enable them.

11Cookies, SDKs, Analytics, Advertising, and Similar Technologies

11.1Technologies used. Soll and our service providers may use mobile SDKs, cookies, local storage, device identifiers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, attribution tools, anti-fraud tools, and similar technologies.

11.2Purposes. These technologies help us authenticate users, remember settings, maintain security, measure app performance, understand feature usage, attribute installs, prevent fraud, personalize recommendations, and improve user experience.

11.3Advertising identifiers. Where permitted by law and platform rules, we may process advertising identifiers or similar identifiers for measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, and, if applicable, personalized advertising. You can reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings where supported.

11.4Third-party SDKs. Some SDK providers may process data according to their own privacy policies. We require providers to process data only for permitted purposes and to apply appropriate protection measures, but their independent practices may also be governed by their own terms.

12How We Use Information

12.1Service operation. We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide chats and calls, operate AI companions, enable recommendations and matching, process tokens and gifts, provide support, and maintain the technical functions of Soll.

12.2Personalization. We use information to personalize feeds, suggested users, AI companions, matching results, language, safety settings, content ranking, notifications, and in-app experiences.

12.3Improvement and analytics. We use information to analyze performance, diagnose errors, improve features, test new designs, develop AI safety systems, understand user engagement, and measure whether the service is effective and reliable.

12.4Safety and integrity. We use information to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, spam, bots, harassment, prohibited content, unauthorized access, policy violations, illegal activity, and other risks to users or Soll.

12.5Legal and administrative purposes. We use information to comply with laws, enforce our Terms and policies, resolve disputes, manage business operations, protect rights and property, respond to lawful requests, and maintain records required for compliance.

13Personalized Recommendations, Matching, and Social Discovery

13.1Recommendation signals. Soll may use profile information, stated preferences, language, region, age eligibility, interaction history, blocks, reports, token activity, AI companion preferences, activity patterns, and safety signals to recommend real users, AI companions, chats, calls, or other experiences.

13.2Automated ranking. Recommendation and matching features may use automated systems to rank, filter, or suggest profiles and AI companions. These systems are designed to improve relevance, safety, availability, and user experience.

13.3User controls. You may be able to adjust some recommendation inputs, such as profile fields, interests, notification settings, blocks, and certain privacy settings. Some safety or integrity signals cannot be disabled because they protect users and the service.

13.4No guarantee of outcomes. Recommendations and random matches are not endorsements or background checks. Users are responsible for exercising caution and following safety guidance when communicating with others.

14Legal Bases for Processing Where Required

14.1Contract. Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide Soll, perform our agreement with you, deliver requested features, manage your account, and process token or gift activity.

14.2Consent. We may rely on your consent for specific processing, such as precise location, certain marketing communications, optional permissions, or other processing where consent is required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or technical limitations.

14.3Legitimate interests. We may process information for legitimate interests, such as service improvement, personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, security, and business administration, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights under applicable law.

14.4Legal obligations and vital interests. We may process information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, preserve evidence, protect users, report illegal content, or address urgent safety risks.

15Information Sharing and Disclosure

15.1With other users. We share information with other users as needed to provide social features, such as profile details, messages you send, gifts you send, matching status, call status, and other information you choose to make available.

15.2With service providers. We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Soll, including hosting, cloud storage, moderation, safety tools, analytics, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, communications, crash reporting, and security providers.

15.3With app stores and payment partners. We may exchange limited transaction and account information with app stores, payment processors, and billing partners to verify purchases, process refunds, prevent fraud, and comply with platform rules.

15.4For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to law enforcement, courts, regulators, government authorities, trusted safety organizations, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect users, necessary to report illegal content, or appropriate to enforce our rights and policies.

15.5Business transfers. If Soll is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.

15.6Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for analytics, research, safety, reporting, business, or product improvement purposes.

16Child Privacy, CSAE Standards, and Minor Protection

16.118+ service. Soll is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Users under 18 must not access or use Soll.

16.2Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Soll maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking of minors, or any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

16.3Detection and action. We may use automated systems, user reports, manual review, hash-matching technologies where available, moderation vendors, account restrictions, content removal, and other measures to detect and address suspected CSAE, CSAM, and related conduct.

16.4Reporting mechanisms. Users may report suspected CSAE, CSAM, underage users, grooming, or other child safety concerns through in-app reporting tools where available or by contacting service@soll.chat. Reports should include as much relevant information as safely possible.

16.5Legal reporting and preservation. When we become aware of apparent CSAE, CSAM, or other illegal child safety risks, we may remove the content, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, and report the matter to appropriate authorities or organizations as required or permitted by applicable law.

16.6Parent or guardian contact. If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to Soll, contact service@soll.chat. We will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include deleting the information and disabling the account.

17Safety, Moderation, and Abuse Prevention

17.1Safety systems. We use automated and manual systems to detect, prevent, and respond to harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, scams, spam, bots, impersonation, fraud, self-harm risks, illegal activity, and other harmful behavior.

17.2Reports and enforcement. When a report is submitted, we may process the reported content, reporting user's information, reported user's information, account history, device signals, and related evidence to investigate and decide whether enforcement is appropriate.

17.3Enforcement outcomes. Possible enforcement actions include warnings, content removal, feature limits, token restrictions, shadow restrictions where legally permitted, account suspension, account termination, referral to payment partners, and reports to authorities where appropriate.

18.2Transfer safeguards. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, technical and organizational security measures, data minimization, access controls, or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

18.3Support and vendors. Customer support, moderation, infrastructure, analytics, and safety vendors may access information from different locations only as necessary to provide services, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

19.1Retention period. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Soll, maintain your account, enable social features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect users, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

19.2Account content. Messages, profile data, UGC, reports, token records, and interaction history may be retained while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion or inactivity, unless a longer period is required for safety, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

19.3Safety records. Information related to bans, reports, violations, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security incidents, or CSAE-related investigations may be retained longer where necessary to protect users, prevent repeat abuse, preserve evidence, or comply with legal obligations.
